Olga Speaks

I got up at 3:30 am when my telephone was ringing. I thought it was an emergency so I ran to answer it. Hmmm, fax coming through, wrong number at that. I stayed awake to scan photos and try out new picasa program. In a few moments I am heading out the door for a walk around my neighborhood and then its off to Gold's Gym for weight lifting and yoga class. At lunch today I will visit my mother who lives in a nursing home. My mother developed dementia over four years ago but remains in high spirits, always smiling with a wonderful attitude and healthy appetite. My sister, brother and I visit her often to make sure she eats and gets help as she is unable to communicate.
